How did you find a way out without going insane?

i have been in a hole that just kept seeming to get deeper and deeper. The only way i found out, was to quit digging and ask someone to throw me a lifeline.

Just remember when you're stuck in a rut so deep you can't get out, God has a long arm.

I got stuck in some mud with my car one time. I got some people to push me out. Sure I got mad at myself but it ended okay!

trust in my faith and ask God to help me and he does ; in his time; and better than I could have imagined ; meanwhile , look to help others and give of yourself - I felt sorry for myself for not having shoes until I saw a man with no feet
