if it is really bothering you, you should see an orthopedic doctor and have a thorough exam tell you what it is ... not just extrapolate on what it could be ...

It could be some type of arthritis. I would get it checked out because they sooner they find arthritis the quicker they can get you started on medications and help ease the pain and progression which causes joint damage. Good Luck!

Arthritis, damage to the cartilage, subluxation of the kneecap when walking. See an Ortho doc.
