Assume a person could be born in a remote area with no social interaction, (alone)
{or even with unknowing others}
their life is basic, sleep and eat. They have no possible way of being taught about god. they are existing none the less and will die
are they sent to hell for not obeying rules which they never even had a chance to be given?

likewise
mankind prior to religion
and
mentally handicap who can't comprehend these rules

why should one be punished if they are not given a fair chance due to their environment, time of existence, or lack of ability to understand.
if they are not punished, would it then be better not to learn the rules of god since acquiring them forces you to follow them

to know right and wrong is certainly a deep seeded feeling, i agree

to know guidelines is a bit confusing
due to various sects of religion
It may not be a sin by catholic terms
It may be a sin as a mormon
It may not be mentioned in this
It may be a sin in that if it's a sunday
etc.
How do you know what to follow besides what's instilled in you, when the instructions have been split up into so many forms

In the bible it says that you are held accountable for what you know. Thus, if a man does not realize that what he is doing is a sin, he will not be held accountable for it.

God don't punish but He let Satan have the authority ever since Adam & Eve fell. Because Satan have such authority over mankind that is why God sent Jesus.

That is why it pleases God to see the Gospel preached across the globe. It pleases God to see more & more people saved. It grieves God to see people reject Jesus because only by accepting Jesus's payment for your sin can reinstate the sonship between God & you just like those days before Adam fell.

Even the mentally handicap can apprehend the Gospel it is because God hates religion. Religion are rules to follow. God wants a relationship. God gave the 10 commandments because man thought that they can keep all of God's law. Our righteousness of keeping the commandment condemns the best of us. Jesus righteousness of the payment on the cross saves the worst of us.

The only 2 people whom Jesus praised for great faith were the centurion & the woman with the blood issue. They are both Gentiles. They don't know the Jewish laws. They only believe that Jesus can heal.

You perceive it all as a matter of rules, when in fact it is not.

Two things to consider then:

1. John 9:41 Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.

John 15:21 But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.
22 If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin.

John 5:28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

People inherently know when they are doing good and evil in their interactions with others.

As far as going to hell, it is, at first, a waiting place prior to final judgment.

Being born in remote area with no social interaction may exempt you from God's punishment but you'll be missing a lot of fun.

According to Scripture, you are correct.

"For you suffered the same things from your own countrymen as they did from the Jews, who killed both the Lord Jesus and the prophets, and drove us out, and displease God and oppose all mankind by hindering us from speaking to the Gentiles that they might be saved—so as always to fill up the measure of their sins." - 1 Thess 2.14-16

If it was needful to speak to the Gentiles "that they might be saved", then if Christians couldn't speak to them, the reverse must be true - those Gentiles would be lost.

If, as some claim, that those Gentiles would not have been condemned to Hell because they couldn't have known that they were supposed to believe in Jesus, why spread the Gospel at all? That way, the Gentiles would be safe from Hell. But if you bring them the Gospel, they might reject it and end up frying like bacon in Hell for all eternity (in God's mercy).

No. The catch is, we have have a basic tendency in our viscera to love. If we purposely go against that, then there are consequences, just like there are consequences about putting your hand in a fire or touching a thorn.

I know that lots of people have had their tendency to love perverted at very early ages by adults who themselves were twisted into inhuman, judgmental, condemning creatures. I don't think they are responsible for their "unknowing" either.

The Bible says that God has placed his law in our hearts.
Deep in each of us is a moral code placed there by God.
When we go against it our conscience condemns us.
This applies even to those in "uncivilized" areas.
God will be just when he judges men.
The question is really not so much, will the heathen be lost, but will we be saved? For we are told to tell them.
I want to do my part.

All life knows what is right or wrong. There may be details that may not be know, but the life they live with the knowledge they have, will still be accounted for.

No. God will not punish those who have never heard the Gospel, or those who are incapable of making a rational choice for Him.

He is not that kind of God!
