Service for 8 dishes, a roaster, a toaster, pots and pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, canisters for flour, sugar, tea, coffee, wooden spoons, spatulas, spoonulas (I love these!), silverware, laundry detergent, fabric softener, bleach, spot treatment, washer, dryer, vents, there are loads of things you will need! Try going to stores and registering! This should get you moving...and you won't get anything you don't want or need! Good luck with the new place!

pretty much anything you can think of, a microwave, sheets, blankets, but do yourself a favor, check out your local thrift stores, Goodwill, Salvation Army, places like that, before you buy anything full price. You can usually find some great stuff in the thrift stores and you generally pay a quarter the price. And all you gotta do is take the time to clean it up. Just remember people throw away some great stuff, and alot of times they aren't paying attention to what they throw away or donate. Plus by shopping this way, you're supporting some great programs.

LOL! of all the tools, I haven't had a can opener (other than a manual one) ever! I'm assuming you mean kitchen supplies:

Think your day through......what's for breakfast? Cereal every day? Toaster? Pan for cooking eggs? Coffee pot, pot for heating water for tea? Glasses, dishes, flatware. Knives?

Lunch, pots and pans for making soup and toasted cheese sandwiches, cutting board, soup ladle, measuring cups liquid and dry, measuring spoons, flipper (spatula).

Dinner, see pots and pans above, a casserole, a strainer or colander, a grater for cheese, Storage bags for left overs.

Clean up: cloth or sponges, a scrubbie, detergent, dish washer stuff ( I dont' own one so not sure what else), a general duty cleaner for cabinets, counters. Mop for cleaning floor (you can use the sink as a bucket).

Table covering (place mats), napkins, hot pad, hot mits, dish towels.
