I would think she was a liar. However, you are missing one vital point - even Mary's husband thouight she was lying until Gabriel came to him. He was going to divorce her quietly (basically, that would set up a guilty verdict and stoning for her). It is possible her parents (and likely myself if that were to ever happen) would have gotten a similar visit.

If God selects a woman to bear children she will. This being said it is very rare. As far as I know only once in recorded history. If you have doubts take her to a doctor and ask. You can also pray and ask God to give you wisdom if you are a christian as the Father will give wisdom to those who ask.

God/Allah gave miracles to whom He wants, in this case He gave it to Mary/Maryam to pregnant without men touch him at all.
All people around her accuse her, but God/Allah asked her to point finger to baby(Jesus), people said ' what! u think the baby will talk?', then one more miracles happened when the baby talk fluently saying he is a messenger from god. they stunned.
This miracle happened to Mary only so other women will have reason behind it.
Therer is not impposible for god to do something unlogic to human brain, just human cannot accept it.

I would think she was misled, because there was only one woman, according to prophecy, who this was supposed to happen to-- Mary, the mother of Jesus. So, it has already happened. There is nothing in the bible predicting a SECOND virgin birth.
