A lot depends on what kind of diarrhea and whether or not she seems sick in other ways (such as vomiting, is very lethargic etc.).
If she's just suffering from loose stools, it could be something she ate that she shouldn't (it's amazing what dogs can find to put in their mouths, even when you're careful!). If that's the case, you could try a 24 hour fast (she still needs water though of course), followed by a day or two on plain boiled rice with boiled chicken, then gradually start her back up on her regular food.
If you've made any kind of recent change in her diet, that could be the culprit. Changing over from one dog food to another should always be done very gradually, by mixing the new dog food in with the old over a period of time. If this is the case, try mixing old and new food for a few days as her tummy adjusts.
If however, your pup seems ill in any way, especially with vomiting, take her to your veterinarian right away. Diarrhea can be a sign of several serious illnesses that need treatment, and even simple dehydration can be a big problem for a puppy.

First does it have blood in it? If yes take to vet, if no try not giving food for (they say 24 hrs. but I only like to wait about 12 on a small puppy) just give water, then introduce food back slowly. If this doesn't work take it top the vet or it will get dehydrated and die. Use the same kind of food, don't switch brands unless you mix it with the kind the puppy is use to at least half & half then slowly add new food until completely on new food.
Never give table food, milk or anything like that, also canned dog food tends to make some dogs and puppies have diarrhea.

Have the vet do a complete fecal exam, and worm her for three days with Panacur anyway, and then again three weeks from now. She could very easily have coccidia and who knows what else - and keep in mind it could the dreaded parvo - have them test for that immediately, and take precautions until then. If all looks fine, assume it is a food allergy, and try her on some boiled white fish and rice or oatmeal - both should be easy to digest, and allow her system to rest. If that works, you need to work on getting her on a safer diet that will be gentle on her GI tract. Get through the first part - have her fully screened for parvo and parasites - and if that isn't necessarily the issue, email me and I'll help you with food allergy questions. Even Hill's special diets can be rejected if the dog is allergic to ingredients in tha can - try a little boiled white fish, and see if that helps.

Call the vet. Puppies shouldn't have diarrhea that long. They can become dehydrated very quickly. While you wait to call the vet, try the pumpkin or the boiled chicken w/ rice. Don't let the diarrhea drag on without consulting with your vet.

Have you recently made any changes to her diet? This could have caused it.
Some of these suggestions are good.
I reccommend giving your vet a quick call. Advice is usually free as long as you are calling the same vet that has seen your puppy for shots and things of the like.
Good luck.

you should try feeding her cooked white rice or pumkin
have you switched her food. because dogs stomachs cant handle the change very well.
you should try to switch her food slowly ,adding a little bit of the new dog food to the old one.

first, call your vet and tell them what's going on. second, review what she's been eating: have you switched her food suddenly? did she eat something she shouldn't have? third, plain cooked rice, and make sure she is drinking water. it won't do to have her dehydrated...
