Remember the story about the rich young ruler in hell? When he looked up and asked Abraham to send Lazarus over to dip his finger in some water to quench his thirst, Abraham said that "....a great gulf (chasm, firmament or divide) " was placed between Heaven and Hell so that the ruler couldn't cross over to them and they couldn't cross over to him. The "gulf" is the dividing line between good and evil that keeps them apart as light is from darkness and sky from earth.

It's free will with structure so no evil may be present. If your already in heaven and had everything you wanted, then would you give into evil and get straight to hell?

Good and Evil are just points on a line. If this line where split into 2 lines then there would be good and evil on both new lines. You may want to read Dante's devine comedy.

Easy.
By choice.
People who choose good and reject evil go to Heaven. People who choose evil and reject God don't.
It's like asking "How do you prevent wimps and cowards in the Marine Corps?" Easy... wimps and cowards don't join the Marine Corps because they are too scared to volunteer for the Marine Corps.

People choose here on earth how they want to live, either under God's Laws, or outside of God's authority.
After death, that is finalized. Those who choose to live outside God's Authority also lose the benefits and priviledges thereunto attached.
You need to make an analysis to determine which would be better for you. The benefits include "ALL that is good", because "ALL good things come from God", so if it's good, it won't be there in the "other" kingdom.
Let's see now. Hmmmm. That would include light, friends, love, health, freedom from pain, joy, hope! HOPE! An eternity in outer darkness with no hope!!!!
The rest, those who choose NOW to live under God's Authority will live in God's Kingdom, and we have already chosen to live for God, so that's our choice. It's our free will that made that choice, and God will honor that. How does that preclude free will, when we've chosen how we want to live our lives?
Likewise, those in hell have chosen how they want to live their lives - it's only the consequences that we have no power over.

The evil spirit is going around the earth to entice men from not believing God and to do do bad things against God.

Earthquakes are caused by more angels being cast out of heaven. All the people that are saying evil doesn't exist in heaven must have skipped the part of the bible where the devil and 1/3 of the angels rebelled.

I'll refer you to the three principles of Buddhism
- Life is suffering
- The cause of suffering is desire
- The end of desire is the end of suffering
In heaven, there is no need to desire anything, since everything is given.
If you can't let go of your earthly desires: desire of vengeance, desire to hate, desire for physical satisfaction, etc. you can't enter Heaven. And not entering Heaven is Hell...
