Mine is "Song of Songs," because of it's open sensual allegory in describing God. This type of reference really works for my mind.
"I rose to open to my lover,
with my hands dripping myrrh:
With my fingers dripping choice myrrh
upon the fittings of the lock."

There are definitely no "wrong" answers in this. In the bible I have at home, the above quote comes from "Song of Songs," though that could be a translational difference. (It's Chapter 5 btw, if you're trying to look it up) God has put allegories in there for all of us.

There are these two people who get married and every day the women makes the cofee for the guy before he goes to work. They do this every day for a while until the women gets fed up. That night she says to the man "We are doing this all wrong. It says in the Bible that the man is supposed to make the cofee!" The guy smirks and says "show me where that is in the Bible." The women fetches a Bible and flips through the pages and finds what she wants. She shows it to her husband. There, written at the top of the page is "Hebrews"

I love the Gospel of John and marvel when I read it that the writer, who knew Jesus so well as a human being and who took Mary into his home as his adoptive mother, nevertheless was able to depict Him in terms which reveal Him to us as the force behind creation, the light of the world, the bread of life, the resurrection and the life.

I like both John and Hebrews as much as each other because the words contained in the books seem to have a whole lot of "impact"

I don't really have a favorite. Every book that I have read in the bible has given me something. God has spoken to me through it. I feel truly blessed.

I like Romans the most. It's challenging, theological but also encouraging in the sense that it explains what Christ did with the law, how we are made righteous through Christ and how we should live as result.

I like James because it is highly concerned with ethics, which I think are the most important part of Christianity.

You are talking about the Book of Solomon, I like that one too. The Bible's dirty book.
I would have to say the Book of Proverbs. They are like little haiku's

I like James and Phillipians. James because it states faith without works is dead and Phillippians because that is where I find my favorite scripture- "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."

It's hard to choose only one book, I guess Matthew, just for the way it is written.
