It shows you are human, at the end of any relationship you will normally feel preety crap as it is the end and that can always be sad. it is like when you leave a job, there will usually be people you miss, people that you will not see again and it can feel preety bad.
as long as your boyfriend wasn't abusive and it was ended "because it wasn't working" etc.. you would have to have a heart of stone to feel nothing. Just remember that it is probably for the best and the longer you are stuck in a relationship that is unhappy the harder it would be to end it.

Well, it depends on how and why really i guess. If you've been straight with him then there are no reasons to feel crap, however, it doesn't mean that it's not ok.
I recently left my wife, i didn't cartwheel down the road, even thought it was my choice i still feel deeply sad because of the pain i have caused her.
so you're not meant to feel crap, but it's ok too, its a pretty natural feeling if you've ever been close to someone.

That just means that you have a heart. I split up with my ex a couple of months ago because i fell out of love with him. But when i dumped him i felt so bad and just wanted to hug him and say sorry and take him back. But after a while i realised that i had done the right thing, so just give it time.
Hope it helps xx

lol I dunno, you women, change your mind like the weather.
If you really wanted to dump him you should be feeling chuffed that you can now go out and if you see anyone you like then you can have it off with him without feeling guilty.
lol this will cheer you up...

Only if you care about other people. (ie: if you're not autistic or American, you will feel bad after dumping someone)
