Problem using skype! Anyone can help?

Why does "call failed" keep appearing? I cannot get through at all. I have no problem using it all the while. I have enough skype credits for sure.

Use the "Skype Test call" feature to ensure your hardware is working properly.

Then, verify the phone number you are calling. Do not type in the "1+", Skype does it for you.

Then, test Skype by calling your home phone number. If your phone doesn't ring, read the Skype Help files.
