for me, it doesn't matter how long I sleep but when I wake up. I have to wake up at around 11 to feel perfectly rested.

Doctors recommend 8 hours. But I find that I need 10 hours to feel truly rested. I think it's just different from person to person.

For me, I feel rested if I get 7-8 hours... any more than that, I start to feel a little groggy.

For me, infinite. I am always tired. The average person though is about 8 hrs.

Its actually recommended that you get 7 hours of sleep..no more, no less.

Scientists said so...so surely they are right?
