I am an 18 male Australian, I been looking at ski resorts in Canada/Europe and they all need interviews and working visas. I would prefer to get a job then organise the work visa.

I missed the IEP Winter Canada and the aus ski season which was stupid of me.

So if you know any ski resorts please tell me

A Canadian working holiday visa would be the way to go. Being a lifty or ski instructor is just not a job that a Canadian work visa is usually issued for as obviously there are Canadians who can do that work. Finding a job at a place like Whistler is not any problem at all, the problem is finding a place to live. The puffed-up real estate market has put even basic accommodations beyond the means of the people who groom trails and tend bar there. Therefore if you can find a job that will arrange the accommodations then that is the way to go. The Alberta resorts may be better in that regard than the BC resorts due to the fact that the oil boom means employers there have to go all out to find willing workers. If you want hard-core skiing and unspoiled nature try Jasper or Sunshine. Just don't go up there expecting the Whistler fast life.
