Because man could not produce of himself as much as he could and guides them into greener pasture and saves all of them from the one hiding behind the bushes, or the other way around simply because he could not hide from the aftermath.

We are on earth and god is in heaven . I think heaven is much higher than us on earth.
I am pretty tall but i can't reach heaven.
Being so high in the sky ,god must have a higher sense of justice.
