Because man could not produce of himself as much as he could and guides them into greener pasture and saves all of them from the one hiding behind the bushes, or the other way around simply because he could not hide from the aftermath.

See, that was the same way Jesus felt towards religious groups of that time. Only, that was the injustice of men, placed as the God's voice.
You are just confusing Who is wanting the justice and Who is doing the evil.

We are on earth and god is in heaven . I think heaven is much higher than us on earth.
I am pretty tall but i can't reach heaven.
Being so high in the sky ,god must have a higher sense of justice.

Because man has slowly become more civilized as a species--the Bible merely reflect a less civilized society--so now anyone who stones his cheeky teenage son to death--or anyone who stones an adulterer to death will be a criminal--& charged with murder

That will be real justice, but isn't God forgiving through Jesus Christ, if we come to the Lord we can be new, that is only if we really mean it, and God knows our heart.
