me and my friend were sitting in the room and all of a sudden our music turned on and kept getting louder, what could this be?

possibly a power surge. Somewhere along the connector to your radio, there was a malfunction, causing it to turn on and continually increase in volume until the surge was balanced

I agree, start talking to God to bring His Spirit into the room I have a friend, a very devout Christian who works at a residential place for mental patients and this happens a lot. She tells me but doesn't tell others, Most people will say it is nothing, but it is , especially if weird things are happening more than once. I've experienced these things too.
