Something is missing ok you ve got a good job but besides the money what does it really give you?Happiness? If you like what you are doing then you should not feel tired, stressed out or having feelings of considering quiting the job.If you really like what you are doing it will fill you with energy and you are positive about every part .You can do the extra mile.....

I think your main problem is being bored espec under men this drives them crazy so what you need is a challenge something to take your mind away from your low self it can be a new job a new person ot the new you that sweeps the old 1 of its feet........

A person has about 60.000 thoughts a day most thoughts are same as yesterday so if you were thinking low yesterday most likely you will think low tomorrow but you can change that just try to focuss on the NOW why not make a special object like a rock, a ring, etc something small you can hold it or carry it with you the thing that will help you to stop the low thoughts so every time you think low hold that special object and associate it with a nice holiday anything that will make you feel good you will see that in no time the low thoughts will go away and the good will prevail. It also will help you to feel in control of your own thoughts who wants to feel unhappy ? actually it comes down to 2 choices in life do you want to feel happy or unhappy and if you dont want to feel unhappy are you really sure you want to be happy? are you ready to let go off all the low ness as some people seem to be more comfortable with not being comfortable ......... make the choice and live by it.

if, as you say, your life is generally good, your depression is clinical . It certainly sounds as if you're bipolar and this can be treated . Alcohol and any other stimulants can only contribute to the up and down-ness. Id say definitely see a good doctor - your life doesnt have to be this way!
If you don't fancy medication consider seeing a therapist on a short term basis - there may be pyschological problems lurking underneathy.

first off just chill.... second your not the only one feeling like that, chances are at any given moment a couple of your friends are experiencing the same thing, people have different ways on coping with things thats going on with their lives, maybe your just bored of what you do... i.e. job, place you live in, people you meet, your job, things like that, think deep maybe you'll get the answers...(that sounded generic but hey! works for me) or if that doesnt work just go through your cycle and just enjoy life!

Definitely depressed!

Go & see a doctor - I KNOW loads of people do not want to go on the tablets etc. - but they just help you to stop the mood swings & bring everything level, they help you to actually be on a plateau from where YOU can take control again.

Please go & see someone - I know how awful the highs & lows are.

well.i 'm quite like you,the most important problem that we have is that we dont love ourself,we think we don't deserve all the things we have :good job ,our love, family ,health & etc.

first of all you need to get along with yourself, what do you want of this life?
if you can't find your way ask for help from a social worker or even further ,refer to a psychologist.

good luck

You need to see a physician and tell him/her all of this. It definitely sounds like depression and possibly bi-polar with the "highs" of spending drinking, etc. Get help as soon as possible.

im not a doctor but it sounds like you go from one end of the scale to beinh really really happy then to being really really depressed.. I know that there is a condition called Bi-Polar and it just sounds like that. Maybe you should consult your doctor i know it isnt healthy whatever it is!

Dude. You need some serious counseling. And like I say to others, you will need to be put on some medication also.

The biggest thing here though; is STOP cheating on your f'in girlfriend!! It's not HER fault that you're pissed off at life! It's not fair to have to hear about this "I cheated on my GF/BF" crap! I HATE it! Try being faithful, and get to your doctor today!

We need goals and challenges in our lives, we need to improve our life through personal achievements. If these are missing we become disillusioned
