i have a drug test next week, and i want to know if going to the sauna and sweat alot there will clean me up, serious answers only please, i already know the "best way is to stop using drugs" phrase, and anyways i got it next week even if i stop it will still show up -_-

Drugs get into your nervous system and saunas are of no effect. Saunas only help to eliminate toxins in your perspiration. Drugs can remain in your nervous system for a long time.

4mg of xanax is a pretty hefty dose, and will take a week or two to clear your system. That alone is going to cause you to fail the drug test. Drinking water, suana, etc will do NOTHING. You can't flush this stuff out, you can't sweat it out. It takes time, and time only, to come clean. Xanax is metabolized in the liver, and it does it slowly and there is no way to speed it up.

Your screwed you stupid stupid boy...... drink as much as you want, pee as much as you want a sweat as much as you want..... that test is still cmoing back positive coz the drugs are in your blood and body as a whole not just your stomach/lungs whatever where you've digested them so it'll still show up in your urine..... its like saying if you go for a sauna enough your pregancy test will come back negative..

No it doesn't. Drink tons of water and go get a home drug test from rite aid and make sure your clean. good luck.

I would think it would somewhat, but I definitely wouldn't count on it cleaning your system completely. There are drinks that do clean you up. Any head shops in your neighborhood? Otherwise, search Yahoo or Google.

No it will not. Drugs stay in your hair for months and drugs stay in your blood stream. Not too sure on how long, but it is in your blood and urine.

it does but it is very very minimal. Your better off just drinking a lot of water. If you really want to mask your body's toxisity take acouple shots of vinager.

I think it should help get rid of the toxins in your body - but I would also buy a cleansing kit
