Hi im a 23 years old im always planning to jog every morning buty im too lazy to wake up that early. im dreaming to have a very nice body and to lose weight but my problem is im so lazy when it comes to exercise like push ups crunches etc. im just want to ask gym goers,exercise addicts what inspires you to exercise everyday or to work out everyday? What inspires you? please help me

I started exercising after I joined the army (PT training). I grew to enjoy it. Now I've been exercising so long that if I don't do it, I get tense and moody. A good workout certainly helps. I suggest you force yourself to workout until it becomes a habit. You don't have to become a fitness fanatic, but make it a regular part of your life.

That is very common. Let me tell you from experience, once you make yourself start and then condition yourself to the activity over time, you won't want to stop because you will feel so much better. Start with just plain walking. One way to make it a lot more enjoyable is to a find a park or walking trail. Go to the lake or a zoo. Organize a small hiking trip with some friends. Make a field trip of it. It's those first few weeks that require the extra motivation. My favorite perk for hiking is geocaching.

Battling laziness is almost an everyday thing; especially when it comes to exercising....I guess I'll have this problem always

I started with walking at 5am and now I go to the gym instead, get there every morning at 5am what keeps me going is the fact that I want to look good, and be healthy.

I motivate myself by when I have lost weight each week I buy songs on Itunes for my ipod. if I have not lost any weight I don't get any news songs! that has been a good motivator for me

this is a fact:
Most people get gym memberships and only last for about a month but if you can last 6 weeks it will become easy and normal for you.
Motivation is the key to success in becomming fit and healthy some people have trouble with motivation.
Normally going to the gym with a mate or going to the gym to check a hot chick will work

i'm going to tell you, being on Yahoo appropriate now could be not helping concerns. that's all interior the recommendations. inspire your self. in case you run 20 minutes each morning for something of the week you will see a action picture on Friday or despite you want to do.

I haven't figured that out yet, I'm like you. But I've heard that when the brain gets stimulation, it's a lot easier to accomplish that task. Everytime I watch that show "Lost It", I always get the urge to get up and exercise. I used to do good, but they stopped showing it. *blink*
