Depends on how formal or laid back you'd like it to be. You can do a receiving line there at the reception (or do it at the church as everyone is leaving). Most receptions seem to include an introduction, a buffet of some kind, a first dance for the bride and groom, a father/daughter and/or mother/son dance, dancing, cutting of the cake (and serving right after), pictures, a toast from both the maid/matron of honor and best man (sometimes a parent or both parents will do one as well), throwing of the garter, throwing of the bouquet and a send-off for the bride and groom at the end. This is pretty darn traditional ... and again ... you can do any number of things you'd like. Congrats and have FUN!

Ok Most people have some food and then the frist dance between husband and wife. of coruse durning the dining time the best man is expected to give a speech.
Some also do a dollar dance this is where you pay a dollar to dance with the bride or groom. Then after teh danceing there is the broqute throw and teh garter throw
