Question: Why would you smoke paper?
The carcenogens in burning paper like the glue...can kill you faster than the smoke inhaled into your lungs.
Having a heart murmer increases the affects from any type of smoking.
Advisement: Don't do it.
If you are suicidal...find a counselor who can help.
