!33/78 is in the normal range but on the high end. Taking blood pressure may not show any signs or problems that would cause pain. If she has pain or numbness in her arms or shoulder She needs to go to the emergency room. If you even think she has a heart issue go get her checked.

People who are having heart attacks can have perfectly normal blood pressures. Instead of fussing over her BP, as you don't even know what to do with the information that you've collected, go to the hospital. She's having chest pain. She needs to have an EKG, blood work, and a doctor look at her.

That's around average. However, if she is suffering from chest pains and they persist for any length of time call 911.
Is the chest pain accompanied with sweating, pain in the neck or arms? It could be a heart attack.
Has she eaten recently? It could be something as simple as chronic indigestion.
Is her health generally good?
You know your mom best. If you're worried, a trip to the emergency room is your best bet.

Many people have heart attacks with normal blood pressure levels. Good to call 911.

It's not an emergency level, but you should bring it down a little through medicine, diet and exercise.
If I were you I'd schedule a doctors appointment today to get the meds.
Eliminate all salt and processed foods, and increase fruit, salads and exercise.

IF SHE IS COMPLAINING OF CHEST PAIN, DON'T WAIT. TAKE HER TO THE HOSPITAL. Even if its just gas, better safe than sorry. Don't regret being too late. Take her right away.

Saturated fat is the main dietary cause of high blood cholesterol. Saturated fat is found mostly in foods from animals and some plants. Foods from animals include beef, beef fat, veal, lamb, pork, lard, poultry fat, butter, cream, milk, cheeses and other dairy products made from whole and 2 percent milk. All of these foods also contain dietary cholesterol. Foods from plants that contain saturated fat include coconut, coconut oil, palm oil and palm kernel oil (often called tropical oils), and cocoa butter.
