You can now buy Imigran (sumatriptan) over the counter in the UK , previously only available on prescription. It is the most effective medication for migraines that you can buy.

There are 3 or 4 ways of trying to tackle migraine. First if there are any obvious triggers try and avoid them. Second is to take some form of painkiller or anti-inflammatory + painkiller. The number of these available over the counter is surprisingly small, most of the many pill names actually contain the same few drugs.
Paracetamol is fine and it can certainly be combined with ibuprofen, provided you have no contraindications. Codeine containing drugs like co-codamol and surprisingly Migraleve ( which a very expensive combination of paracetamol and codeine with a sugar coating!) should be avoided as they can produce codeine headache and are only 5% more effective than plain paracetamol.
Thirdly migraine specific drugs can be used, the oldest of these, Imigran, is now available over the counter.
Finally if the migraines are prolonged or frequent, everyday migraine prophylaxis may be an option. There are 6 or 8 options for this.

Erectile Dysfunction can be devastating to men, and unfortunately, millions of men suffer from the condition. Learn how to cure erectile dysfunction https://tr.im/iz8vg
If you go to the doctor to talk about the issue, you’re likely to get put on one or more of the popular medications used to treat the condition. While they can be effective (temporarily), these medications come with a raft of side effects, some of which are decidedly unpleasant. Even worse, these medications aren’t really a cure, they’re more like a temporary workaround.
Worst of all, they tend to be really expensive. Month after month, you’re having to pay to work around your condition. That’s what the Big Pharmaceutical companies want.

There are two types of herpes simplex virus: HSV-1 and HSV-2. Both virus types can cause sores around the mouth (herpes labialis) and on the genitals (genital herpes). Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Cold sores sometimes called fever blisters, are groups of small blisters on the lip and around the mouth. The skin around the blisters is often red, swollen, and sore. The blisters may break open, leak a clear fluid, and then scab over after a few days. They usually heal in several days to 2 weeks.
The herpes simplex virus usually enters the body through a break in the skin around or inside the mouth. It is usually spread when a person touches a cold sore or touches infected fluid—such as from sharing eating utensils or razors, kissing an infected person, or touching that person's saliva. A parent who has a cold sore often spreads the infection to his or her child in this way. Cold sores can also be spread to other areas of the body.
Luckly there is a cure for herpes https://tr.im/7b94d

I take Zomig. It is a prescription but I have read that Fever-few, a herb is the best thing to take and it can be bought over the counter at GNC. I will be trying this. You are supposed to take 3 capsules a day for a while them bring it down to 2, then 1 a day. There have been double blind studies done and the results are promising.
