First off im a 34 yo male smoker tall and slender with a history of spontaneous pneumothorax's other than that generally no health problems ... for the last 4 days ive been experiencing a dull pain located in my left arm on the inner side of the bicep following the the large vein thats been steady not gettin better or worse, also a few times in the same period ive gotten soreness in the top of my chest almost to the shoulder. Along with this i have a cold almost numblike feeling in my left foot and have gotten a few headaches above my left eye that come and go also in the past 4 days. As i stated i have a history of pneumothorax's 3 times on the left side between 1999 and 2001 and just got out of the hospital a month ago with the first one on the right. What i would like to know if anyone has any ideas whats goin on on the left side i think heart attack but i would think after 4 days things would have gotten worse, but im driving myself crazy worrying about it. Can anyone help?

I should say also that when i was in the hospital a month ago they did a ekg and came back fine and also a cbc that said my potasium was low so they gave me crappy stuff to drink and also my white cell count was a little high that was the first day in and other blod work followed and nothing was ever mentioned after that ... another weird thing about me is my normal body temp is usually 97.1 which i believe is low but nobody seems to be concerned about that.

and i should also add that the pain on a 1 to 10 scale is around a 1 or 2 tops and doesnt get any better or worse its more of a annoyance than a pain and im a paranoid person so its just a big worry

I'd say you need a medical test (EKG) or blood work for your real answer. Heat pain (all you mentioned) is not something to put off - Sorry about the 0 health insurance but your life is valuable go see your MD (Or ER)..

Saturated fat is the main dietary cause of high blood cholesterol. Saturated fat is found mostly in foods from animals and some plants. Foods from animals include beef, beef fat, veal, lamb, pork, lard, poultry fat, butter, cream, milk, cheeses and other dairy products made from whole and 2 percent milk. All of these foods also contain dietary cholesterol. Foods from plants that contain saturated fat include coconut, coconut oil, palm oil and palm kernel oil (often called tropical oils), and cocoa butter.

You shouldn't continue smoking with that Pneumo-whatever condition. so quit smoking, eat food with lots of potassium. such as potato's, milk, bananas and so on.
