Specifically Ener-G Egg Replacer. I haven't seen any at Wal-mart, but I haven't looked anywhere else? Should I try another supermarket or would I have better luck at a health food store?

your best bet would be a health food store, but kroger also sells it. just check your local stores and if they dont have it, ask if they can order it? most stores are happy to make their customers happy.

It is available at many Kroger stores (like King Soopers, Safeway, Albertsons, Ralph's) and you can always put in a request for it at your local chain store. Personally I prefer soft tofu (it comes in a tube) it has great texture, cooks well and is even great as a frozen "custard". JMHO - Good Luck!
