I'm not a doctor, but your body is giving you signs that it needs help. Don't ignore it. I had chest pains after walking for five minutes, I thought it was my lungs because it hurt when I inhaled, but it was a 99% blockage in my middle coronary artery. See your doctor asap.

Sounds more like heartburn or indigestion. Next time it happens try taking some Maalox and sit up straight. There is no such thing as a minor heart attack. If you have ever made the mistake of using cocaine you could have damaged your heart (yeah even from one time) and in that case it could be a heart attack. But most likely it isn't. It could be esophageal reflux, gas, an ulcer, pancreatitis, gall stones. Are your bowel movements black & tarry? That would be intestinal bleeding from an ulcer. Best to see a doctor and have it checked out. Continuous heartburn can lead to esophageal erosion and/or cancer.

Do you smoke?
I got those pains when I started smoking, and I get them now when I smoke too much hookah.
