hmm...most of you say eBay is in fact the best place to go. I might try it but those other programs suggested sound pretty cool too. Though I'd rather have something I'm familiar with.

I hate to bring you the bad news, but no one will have Photoshop for under $100 (not even E-Bay!) Your best bet would be to go to your kids school (or the school of someones kids you know) and to ask them about student software discounts they give. This would be the cheapest way to attain a LEGAL copy. Good luck!

Elements works pretty good. It came with a digital camera as a bundle, and it has most of the features of Photoshop. Maybe not all the special wowza features, but most of them. It's $100 ($99.99 really but with tax), and it does the job. I even search for regular photoshop tutorials, and I can do the same thing with Elements as with regular Photoshop. If you want something for free, try GIMP version 2.
