Mine never quite turns out as good as my favorite restaurant. Can you help?

Tom Kha Gai (Coconut soup with chicken): My 4 yr old son's absolute favorite!

You need to use authentic Thai ingredients: lemongrass, good quality coconut milk (no lowfat/fat free stuff) palm sugar, nam pla (fish sauce), galangal, kaffir lime leaves.... any substitution will be delicious but not authentic.

You didn't include your own recipe,so there's no way to know why its not turning out as well. But, how about ringing up your favorite restaurant and asking them for their recipe?
