Shrimp Scampi, with side of fettuccine Alfredo. Or Veal picata, or Marsala, with fett. Alfredo.

I'm not exactly sure if it's Italian but tiramisu is amazing! I've only had it a few times but my gosh it is amazing stuff! It's so light and rich at the same time and it's so delicate.. So many flavors at once. So good. Gotta love it..!
