Amy's has some pretty good foods. You can also get deli slices from Tofurkey, Yves, and Lightlife; all you need is to get some bread and mustard, and you can make a sandwich fairly quickly. Yves also has some refrigerated bowl meals, but I wasn't crazy about them.
Tasty Bite has some quick microwavable meals that you should be able to find in the Indian foods section of your grocery store (they're shelf-stable until you open the foil pouch).
Many Whole Foods have prepared food sections, and depending on where you live, you should be able to get a veg-friendly meal by cobbling together some entrees.

You can get a sanwhich place to make a vegitarian deli sandwhich if you are on the go. Amy's frozen entres are good. Some supermarkets have soups in the deli section that may be vegitarian abd be healthy and portable as lunch.

Try looking in the frozen food section of your local grocery store. Most places have a large selection of food. Try weight watchers frozen meals. Trust me they are good. You can always go to a health food store but most of the time they can be a little costly but they are good.

yes, Amy's usually has really good foods, but some for me don't taste that great. You have to try out alot to see what you like eating. Also kashi has alot, smart foods, boca, gardenburger, etc.
Good thing is I am seeing more regular food brand companies make veggie stuff, or things without meat stock and meat.
