Check out usembassy.state.gov for the online websites for the embassy in Delhi and the consulates. There's lots of information there on how to apply. If your visa is approved, it will be up to the interviewing officer to determine how long it will be valid for. It will be up to the immigration officer at the airport to determine how long you can actually stay when you come to the US.

US visa cannot be applied online but at the US embassy of your country. Make an appointment by paying the required fees and prepare documents consisting of a credible bank account and other documents proving ties that you will return to your country after the visit.
