I am a Filipino travelling from Korea to Philippines via Taipei. I have 2 e-tickets from different airlines. Upon arrival at Taipei, I will have to get my luggage, then check-in for the next flight to Philippines.
During my transit, are there any fees that I will have to pay and how much? (ex. Terminal Fees, Transit Fees, or Landing Visa, or whatever).
I will be just waiting for 3hours within the airport for my next flight while on transit.

If you haven't checked your bags yet... at the Korean check in desk, ask them to check your bags through to your destination In the Phillipines. If you have to pick up your bags in Taipei, you have to go through a customs check and then check in to your next airline and they might even charge you for airport fees and a visa. Also, it could literally take hours. Reallly a hassel. Tell your airlines whats up and they will make sure that your bags end up in the right place without you having to go through the trouble of lugging them around in Taipei.

i would suggest that you check your baggage to final destination .. during check-in In Korea as the check-in agent to label your bag to your final destination maybe manila ..
so that will be much easier for you to deal with during transit in Taipei .. coz u might need to apply a visa if u pass through Taipei immigration to claim your baggage ... upon transit proceed to Taipei airport transfer counter to get your boarding pass from Taipei to Philippines .. there is no tax required as long as u don't go out from the transit area ...

during your transit ... you will not pay for anything. there is no terminal fee / transit fee/ or landing visa fee . they will just put you on your next flight. thats it. you will not have any problem there.
