when i go to a certain website i get a message sayin -DigiChat requires a Java Compatible web browser to run
what do i do to make it run???

Which browser are you using. Use Internet Explorer 7 or the latest version of Mozilla Firefox. If certain Java Plugins are missing it will automatically installs the plugins and will play the required application

Whatever browser you are using just update it using help > update. Also make sure you have enebled Java scripts (Normally found in Options)

Try using the Opera Browser, one of the smallest (just a 5 MB download) and fastest browsers available. http://www.opera.com
