I would like to know how to spell "brown" in lower case letters and upper case letters.

If you mean such that it is pronounced like Brown in English, then Βράυν is pretty close.

Well the word Brown in Greek is translated as "καφέ" in lower case letters and it's prounounced :
κα ----> as the "ca" from the word car
φε -----> as the "fe" from the word feminine

In upper case letters it's written "ΚΑΦΕ" and it's pronounced the same way.
