Jesus resurrection was spiritual in nature, not physical. He was the third person recorded in the bible to find favour with GOD and be transported directly to heaven without physical death. Enoch and Elijah were the other two. Our time is better served by seeking to discover the truth that these three knew.

No one has actually been brought back from death. There are instances when people have stopped breathing for some minutes, but the brain has not died, so in effect they are not dead.

There are instances in the Bible for example, when Peter resurrected Dorcas.

However, there will be a resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous when God removes the wicked system of things present on this earth. John 5 v 28 & 29.

if you're going to use myths, why not include quetzalcoatl. he , with his twin brother, xolotl, were born of the virgin coatlicue. quetzalcoatl committed suicide by burning himself to death in remorse after sleeping with a celibate priestess. he was resurrected and ascended to the heavens as the morning star. there could be no direct link here to the jesus myth. but it makes you think how far back do the virgin birth and death/ resurrection motifs go back in human history; do they stem from a common source way back in human pre history and rippled out as a shared folklore.

Many reports of being raised of the dead have been made. I have heard of some in my own church organization so I believe it to be the truth. But Jesus did indeed rise on the 3rd day.
