Cloudy urine might indicate some UTI's (urinary tract infections) or dehydration.

Obviously, the bubble factor of urine is not due to the method of collection, but shows a definite dimorphic difference. males are better bubble-makers than females.

Another explanation for this bubbles is the pH has something to do with extra bubbles in males.

It is also quite likely that compounds such
as deoxycholate that are products of cholesterol metabolism which are
detergents are in part excreted in the urine and that these are produced more
in males than females, as are the products of heme metabolism (males have more
hematocrit, therefore more RBC and heme to metabolize).

Such detergent like compounds may produce foam and froth upon mixing with water. Another possibility may be the production of C02; both C02 and bicarbonates are secreted in the urine and it is possible that these are produced more in the male than in the female. The above is one explanation for these bubbles.

I found another interesting fact: Bubbles in the urine stream is abnormal unless you have had a recent catheter or a recent cystoscopy ( looking in the bladder with a scope). More worrisome causes of bubbles in the urine include a severe urinary tract infection with a gas forming organism. ( usually in diabetics). More common is a connection of the bladder and bowel. This is called a enterovesical fistula ( enter means intestine and vescial is in reference to the bladder). This fistula can be caused by a tumor, a swallowed bone (fish or chicken most common) or Crohn’s disease. These are all serious and need urgent urological care. If you have bubbles in your urine stream, I would see your doctor ASAP.

Foamy urine may indicate protein in the urine with or without infection, your internist can differentiate this.

Sounds like you have a urninary tract infection or bladder infection or kidney infection. the cloudy is what tells the infection. go to your local Wal mart and buy yourself some Cytex, it is a over the counter drug that will clear out your urninary tract from this infection. or go to a doc and make sure that is all it is.
