Hi, I am about to buy a Pioneer dv400v-k dvd recorder. What are the region free and zone free codes? Thanks!?

On my old lvw 5005 Lite-On, (Please, never buy a Lite-on dvd recorder. I have had 2, and they don't like any disc except what came in the box and they only work for a couple of months!!!!!), I just had to enter a 4 digit number. I am hoping it will be the same with the Pioneer! If you have the answer, please let me know!!!!! Thanks to all
