The industrialized countries should make every effort to insure that "developing countries" like China, India, etc. adopt the pollution control technologies developed by them.

It is, IMO, absolutely ridiculous to tell the industrialized nations to substantially reduce their use of fossil fuels while allowing "developing countries" to pollute at will. The only reason for that illogical approach is to cripple/destroy the economies of the industrialized nations.

Use of alternative forms of energy, conserving fossil fuels to the fullest, everyone doing their part in living environmentally friendly...most of all...

Fining SEVERELY corporations who abuse the planet when found guilty. Fines into the multibillions of dollars will ease taxpayers burdens while placing corporate polluters at risk of going out of business.

(I.e. Exxon was fined 1.2 billion dollars for the Valdez disaster in 1991. Today it earns about forty billion dollars each year in profits. Had the fines been still in effect, U.S. taxpayers would be seeing a bit of relief while this corporate giant would be giving back some of it's exhorbitant profits)

The country should not pressurise on fossil fuels. It should use renewable energy such as solar. Reduce pollution in the country. Use environmental friendly technology. Should protect the wildlife.

If your country is contributing less than 5 % of total greenhouse gases (Philippines is contributing less than 1%) there is nothing much that your country can do about it except perhaps boycott products from the top producers of these gases - the G8 countries plus China.
