Example , given enough time anything can happen ... even nothing spontaneously creating a universe can happen.

1. God invented God

God didn't invent himself, he simply always was. He was here before everything He created, and will be here after all of His creations have been vanquished by time.

2. The universe gave rise to the universe

But the question must be asked: where did the universe come from? From an enormous galactic fart known as the "big bang"? How is it possible for something to be created from nothing? Especially when considering the sheer amount of mass that's present in the universe. This assumption is just ridiculous, and is not based on any scientific fact whatsoever. It's merely speculation, and bad speculation, at that.

3. From nothing everything came

Please read my answer to #2.

4. infinite improbability is cancelled by eternity

Not sure where you're going with this. Infinite unlikeliness is negated by a never-ending period of time? Or are you referring to the infinite improbability drive that was coined in the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy?

5. There is no beginning or end

So there's just an "always was / always will be"...not created by an intelligent designer or a cosmic blip that is impossible to explain? Well, if it makes it easier to explain your existence, then best of luck backing up your assertations on this theory alone. You'll certainly need it.

Hmmm.... Well, I don't think that science has fully answered this question yet. Actually, I kind of doubt it ever will. From what I understand of physics, we're not sure if the universe goes through unending cycles of big bangs, or if this is the only unique universe which spontaneously arose from nothing... simply put, we really don't know. All of the possible answers start sounding hard to believe when you put it to our simple and limited human minds. So, I don't know that any one of them is necessarily more sensible than any other.

Depends on your belief.

I woudl say scientifically speaking today that number 2 would be the least argued/most agreed upon. (big bang theory)
