I have an alarm next to my bed which wakes me up for fajr prayer every morning. This Thursday, I woke up for the prayer and changed the alarm to wake me up at 8:00 am so i can study, after i finished my prayer.
The next day, I forgot to reset my alarm to prayer time, and just turned it on (forgetting it was set to 8:00). While i was sleeping i saw i dream... The power went out and my clock stopped working. And in my dream i told myself "I better set the alarm to wake me up for prayer so that i dont forget to later on." I woke up from the dream. I looked at the clock. It was time for fajr prayer. :)

You are very lucky !

To wake up at desired time recite: "Allaahumma Laa Tu'minnee Makraka Walaa Tunsinaa Dhikraka Walaa Taj'alnee Minal Ghaafileena Aqoomu Saa'ata." (here you determine the time)

When you fear you would not be able to wake up at a desired time then recite this Duaa: "Qul Innamaa Basharun Mislokum Yoohaa Elayya Annamaa Elaahokum Elaahin Waahid, Famankaana Yarjoo Liqaa'a Rabbihee Falya'amal Swaalihan Walaa Yushrik Bee Ibaadatee Rabbihee Ahadaa." (Surah 18, Last Ayat 110)

As salaamu alaikum, dear sister.

Mashallah. Keep up what you are doing. I can relate to you because I have an alarm clock to wake me up for the Fajr prayer and after the prayer I study. Allah helps those who follows His orders, and you are doing a very good job, alhamdulilah.

wow, what a luck.my mom told me that when a human dreams at fajr time some times his dream has meanings.you know some times it happens with me also i dream at fajr time some are good while some are ....but these dream makes me to wake up &offer prayer that makes me to be happy. you 'll realize that those people who take care of fajr prayer they wake up by their own self, because we put in mind that we have to wakeuop &pray.

"In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Compassionate".

It is the reward of your passion for the connection to Allah, which is prayer.

i can relate to you sister...everyday, i keep four alarm clocks in my room to wake me up to study in the morning itself..however every day after i finish running across all corners of the room, i get exhausted and drift off to sleep again..however, yesterday night, i'd stil hoardes left to study for today's exam, and i set three(the fouth one's batteries are dead) alarms for 4.00...guess what?inspite of sleeping after 23.00, and getting only 5 hrs of sleep, at correct 3.45 am, i opened my eyes, and i just couldn't go back to sleep..then i remembered my exam and first went to turn all the alarms off before they woke my whole family up, and was able to study for three straight hours b4 i went for the exam..indeed Allah knows when our need is most urgent..
Also, scientists say that our brains our designed in such a way, that if you desparately wish to wake up at a certain time the next day, you almost always do..Masha'Allah how Allah has created us!!
