Can you resize an animated icon/avatar?

I am trying to resize an icon/avatar of naruto hugging a bunny, but everytime I resize it the picture stops moving. Is their a way to resize it without stopping it? Its located at this website it you think seeing it would help: http://www.freewebs.com/nightfox-fusion/narutoavatars.htm

Hi, I couldn't see the one you are talking about. If you send me the avatar, I will resize it using Macromedia Fireworks MX and my resize tool. You have to do it 1 frame at a time and export it, NOT save it.

I did 1 for a girl and it was 240+ frames.
