I'm 18 this year, weighs between 52 - 53 and my height is about 1.55m. I'm trying to lose weight and lead a healthier lifestyle so I do 1000 skips a day, some weight lifting (as I do not have time to go for a run etc). Is that enough exercise for a day?

Any suggestion?

sweetie...skipping is good but if you do it too much its not good for your feet. do around and hour of hard cardio at least a day and you will loose weight in no time. cardio is the best weight loss exercise for a good diet. =]
