Yes.

If you don't, how are you going to choose which part to believe and which part you don't?

The Bible is a complicated thing. I will never claim to understand it all. I will never claim to even hold a candle to know the magnitude of it all or the awesomeness that it holds. I wish that I could come close to understanding the whole thing so that my life would have more freedom in it. Yes, I do beleive in the Bible. It holds the framework that I base my life upon. Should I? Absolutely. I cannot dream of putting my hope into something that hasn't been proven over and over through the lives and testimonies of the believers over the centuries. My life is too precious to put my faith into something that hasn't proven itself to be true. The Bible has through the actions of the believers and the words about their lives and experiences from following it. I have seen the promises come true in my own life. I have seen the word come alive before my eyes. Yes, I believe.

I believe in the things that are written in the Bible 100%.

I have seen enough historical verification for the events of the Bible as well as some of the claims, and I have personally experienced the relationship with God that the Bible describes.

This is enough for me to believe that the rest that has not been verified has been passed down to us in good faith.

(My beliefs are strengthened by the fact that not a single person has ever been able to convince me of a flaw anywhere in the Bible that can't be rationally explained, and believe me, many have tried. I love being tested on this. It's very entertaining.)

I believe everything in it. I really believe that the people who are supposed to be responsible for writing it, wrote it - with a few mysteries involved. The one part of the Bible that I would try to educate people to be leary of is the Epistle of James. James was not preaching the right message. He is a proven legalist who did not understand the workings of the Holy Spirit.

I can totally and Biblically prove this to be true. Things like that only show me that there are issues in the Bible which need careful study to understand.

YES! Because everyone who wrote a book that later became the bible was inspired by God himself. Nothing in the bible has ever been disproved. The bible was right about many scientific discoveries before they were even discovered. Like the shape of the earth in the bible was accurately referred to as a sphere when everyone else then had no idea and many more stories of the like.

Wow that calls for some deep thinking. I constantly question my own thoughts and beliefs. 100% is where I want to be but have to be honest with my doubting self. Why? I guess that is another life answer I seek.

I don't know what you mean by "believe in the Bible 100%." I believe that the Bible is a complex work spanning many genres, written and edited by many hands. It is best understood by looking at what scholars have to say, and applying the standard techniques of literary criticism.

Nope... fraid not, at least not about Jesus...

He didn't become a divinity until Constantine came to power in Rome...

Why would you want to follow Christ, if he hasn't been truly proven.

Then, King James changed it some more... Shakespeare was told what to put and what not to put.

Then on top of everything else...

Hebrew really can't truly be translated, to many words mean too many different things... how do you know what was really put in there...........

One wrong word can make a whole lot of difference...

I believe in it 100% once you account for cultural differences like figures of speach and figure out what it meant to the original audience. After all, tattoos aren't just for pagans anymore!
