i'm going to get a new wheelset for my bike.
i'm going to do XC and road with it.
sometimes small jump over a kerb.
jump not more than 1m.

i'm thinking of
mavic crossride disc
or
syncros ds23 rim, 08 shimano deore xt hub, dt swiss competition spokess

go for the XT hubs, they beat Mavic's anytime. Especially now with 36 engagement points vs 18 on the Mavics. They will be tougher wheels and give a better feel of the bike.

Excellent choices---though the Mavic is real tough! Get 'em at bargain prices at Wheel World ( www.wheelworld.com)---I believe their prices are the lowest---and with great deals too.
