Try Tai-Chi, even if you think it won't work. It did wonders for this broken body.
I'm serious, I've had many serious injuries and at the age of 37, I feel like a teenager again.

Not much information for me to go on...see the source below. It was the first subject on the list of possible causes using the search : stiff knees at merck. Have you ever heard of or do you suffer from:

Avascular Necrosis
(Osteonecrosis; Ischemic Necrosis of Bone; Aseptic Necrosis; Osteochondritis Dissecans)

do you ever went to clinic or hospital? so that you will know what's the problem.. the relation between knees n stiffness might have somethings to do with your joint... but i won't tell much bout it.. i might did wrong prediction then... try to check your dietary intake.. is that you lack of calcium, vitamin D, Folate, or vitamin B12..that have some influence with the joint problems.. basically, from the milk source, dairy products...veggies n fruits..

u could try an anti-inflammatory cream to help ease the pain, plus the best method of helping with stiffness in the joints is regular exersise to keep them strong and flexible, and yes diet will also help, see ur doc, it may be arthritis and he can recommend ways to help.
