No, it would be a form of determinism(a contradiction with freewill)

No. The Bible says that some people are destined to be married, while others are called to a life of celibacy (if spell check is right, then this word is intended to mean, a life "married to god"). Usually only in the catholic church though, so unless you are a chatholic preist, I wouldn't worry about it.
