I have a belly that just comes with these rolls that I really hate!
I eat when Im boredd
its just a habbit.

And im tired of trying to stick this in
and having it hang over my jeans when I Sit!

I really want to get abs
and slim down
I hate this belly.

I need ANSWERSSS
for exersizes
I can do in my rooom!!

First off it's normal to have a slight roll when you sit. But if you wish to firm up a bit then do sit ups. Don't try to lose weight though, you are at a normal weight. Good luck and best wishes.

You will definately not be the first person with this problem, nor the last with this problem. I too am an overeater. I tend to overeat when I feel stressed - which lately is alot!!!!!
There is a magazine called Prevention. It has good recipes, tips on ways to loose weight and other useful things.
Prevention this month is about exercises that you can do in the privacy of your own room, with resistance training. It is like having big rubber band ( for lack of a better term) that help you to get into shape using your own body and these bands.
Talk to your parents about wanting to loose weight and maybe you and your mom or dad can start a walking program. As with any fitness program, please talk to the doctor first and make sure that you are healthy enough for a fitness program.
Good luck and just keep trying to loose the weight. I know it is hard, but you will feel and look better for the effort!!!!!

Ask for the DDR dance pad for xmas, can be hooked up to the computer, playstation, WII, whatever system you have. It's fun, addicting and helps you lose weight and get fit at the same time.

WHAT could be better!!!!!

And after some time you can show off your moves, you'll be a star!

Eat,eat eat like a glutton.!!! To slim down eating belly full is not the answer. You have to do exercises like yoga asanas, jogging etc and eat healthy food to slim down

you may loose weight by just jogging and try to decipline your self on the way you eat....that will help you get rid of that belly..

but don't stop

it's what i do...and i try to be like bruce lee XD

also do sit-ups and run or do some other form of cardio
