All you can do is be supportive, and maybe share with her that breast cancer is more survivable today than it used to be. 90.7% today compared to 76% in 1975. Assuming that she caught it early, she should be fine.

yahoo or google "resveratrol preclincial and clinical studies" and find the 60 page report about the stuff. It's natural and kills cancer. You can buy it at vitacost.com, oldsouthwinery.com and most good health stores. M. D. Anderson Cancer center in Houston has done extensive studies. Also "aggrawal resveratrol". My friend was given 3 months to live and has been taking it for over two years and it works. tAke care. there is hope and a cure. also check out Ip6.

The way you can help is by being there for her. Continue to support her through this trying time. She needs support just as much as her mom does. Listen and don't judge her if she may say things out of hurt, anger or frustration. She is going to experience all of the emotions just be there for and with her. Also try give her mom encouraging words as well, don't act completely different around her mom. Treat her the same way. And pray for your friend and her mom most importantly. If you don't know what to say ask the Lord for words of encouragement. I lost my grandmother 2yrs ago to cancer, so I know how they feel. You have to be strong for the both of them. So when you see your friend hug her , tell her you love her and tell her to cherish everyday the Lord has her mom here on this earth! ...I will pray for them as well.....God Bless

Psalms 145:18 The lord is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth.

which stage is she in? just be there for her. she may have to undergo chemo or if its bad, they'll have to take out the tumor by surgery.

just see to iit she is comforted by her family.try and create a positive outlook.

ps; for ur gf, she has to be careful too and get checkups after a certain age or even now since breast cancer is also inherited by mother, grandmother etc.

I don't know how close you are to your girlfriend's mother. Knowing this would guide my advice to you. You may be of more help and support to your girlfriend at this point.

you honestly can't help her physically. This is going to be a long hard journey for your gf and you just being there and being supportive will help her more than you think it will
