I presume you're talking about parallel universes, quantum foam, that kind of thing. The answer is "no". I know of at least three independent theories that incorporate both the Big Bang (although one of them turns the Big Bang into a lot of Little Bangs) and multiple universes.

if you mean dimensions as in alternate realities then no as that is covered and a part of the 10 dimensions.

i don't know if our minds as they are can perceive the mysteries of the universe maybe we spend to much time trying to figure that out and not enough time trying to figure out what is here and what is now
