The reason that I ask this question is that I was taking a quiz on tickle.com. The question was "What zodiac sign are you most compatible with?" The people who got Aries was like, "OH NO!"

I'm a Scorpio :)
I have no problem with Aries and I think people who've met a "bad/rude/whatever" Aries judges all Aries like that even though they aren't.
My favorite sign is Aquarius (my hubby's sign)
My least favorite is i have no clue.

Horoscopes are a total crock: they're made for idle entertainment only -- not factually based for serious decision reliance.
Zodiac signs seek to attribute various specific qualities to a particular birth-date -- a very random event.
Due to the broad generalising nature of horoscopes and zodiac signs, every negative quality is balanced by a positive.
If there WERE any validity if Zodiac qualities, think of the ramifications:
- Employment positions in business, commerce or politics would be restricted to only certain Zodiac signs,
- Parents would endeavour to time conceptions for optimal Zodiac births,
- Birth times would be induced earlier or delayed (perhaps terminated) for preferred Sign assignment.
- Particular Signs would be targeted for preferential destiny development.
The fact that this does NOT occur, recognises that all Zodiac Signs have equal opportunity to desired qualities acquisition.
No matter how specifically stated Horoscopes/Zodiac assignments are ALWAYS generally written to cover all eventualities. The natural human gullibility/desire-to-trust means we only notice the "proven"evidence and conveniently forget the multitude of non- compliant evidence.
They feed on intellectually lazy, emotional, faith impulses rather than rational, replicable concepts.
But we are all frail humans -- and whatever works for you, use it!

I will have nothing to do with scorpios. I have been stung by them too many times. Aries people seem like they come from Mars and are just too light headed and breezy.

And my best friend is a Scorpio but I don't really care.
I am a Capricorn and that has not made much of a difference in my life either......

-I'm a Capricorn (as were my mom & brother)
-Both my dad and my husband were Aries
-My first husband was a Sagittarius (and a dirt-bag cop)
BUT
-most of my best friends are Sagittarius--and one of my children also is.
-two of my children are Virgos, one a Leo, one a Pisces, and one Aquarius.
I am extremely compatable with Libras...don't know what the stars say about that...but it's true for me.

I am a fellow Aries and am very proud of it.
Aries was the god of WAR! We kick butts and mean business! Our color is red which tends to make people angry and irritable.
