No, speaking Russian is pretty simple. Russian doesn't have a, the, or a lot of other tiny words. For example, if you wanted to say,
I want to go swimming,
instead you'd say,
I want swimming,
which would also translate into Russian as...
Ya (I) hachu (want) plavet (Swim)

I think it is a hard language only if you try to learn it from books.

If you try to learn it from people who actually speak it on a daily basis, then the difficulty diminishes.

Watching Russian films with english captions also makes it a little easier to learn.

Learning the Cyrillic alphabet is somewhat challenging. Also the fact that Russian has genders of nouns and adjctives as well as different cases to decline all those nouns and adjectives, plus pronunciation which is not regular in all words....yeah, it is dificult, but not impossible!

not really know.I know 10 languages includes Russian it was not that hard chinese was hard!!!
