i am in this training class for a new job. one of the trainers i find attractive. i am 29 and she is 45 with kid age of 19 and 2. she may be older but she looks like shes only 35 and same with her figure. ( very nice and sexy). she is divorced and have been for a while and she is not dating anyone. problem is i dont want to date her just sleep with her, how do i apporach this.

I do not understand your question.Do you just want to sleep with her or you want to date?
This is a tough one. I am 40 and it will very hard for me to go out with a man that is 16 years younger than me.
But, if you really want to try, you should be her friend first. Learn about her life and her past men.
Also think what do you want with her. Because due to age she will not be able to give you a child in the future if this turns serious. This is something to consider.
Let her know that you like her by saying that she looks great, and say good things about her hair and her clothes. Like, the red shirt looks great on you. This way she realizes that you like her.

Well, I am sorry but if she is a single parent. My best advice if you wish to "only sleep" with her is to walk away. What smart, attractive, single parent would want to sleep with you if you offer nothing but lust. I am sorry but please leave her alone. I would also point out this is a workplace and she is there to train you? I am sorry but you should just probably should keep this to yourself.

Actually, older women are more open to booty calls than younger. They have the been there done that attitude and juz want to get straight to the point. Juz ask her straight up, "Wanna ***?" She be like... "When and where.."
